At this point I felt like I’ve figured everything out to survive. I had gotten a handle on scavenging parts for repairs, so now it was time to set out on my original mission as I try to find my way home. Exploring strange new worlds, discovering new life, and charting the stars were all a part of my desire to explore and understand the universe. So I left the solar system I woke up on and began to chart new solar systems, each with their own dangers, life, and landscapes. Rather than fill my logs with the boring details of dust particulates and gravitational anomalies, I decided instead to fill it with still imagery from my scanner.
